We are pleased to present Volume 8, Number 2 of the Journal of Economics, Business, and Government Challenges (JoEBGC), featuring six articles contributed by twelve authors from Indonesia. This issue explores hotel worker performance, learning agility, work-life balance, job insecurity, financial market risk, payment system infrastructure, CEO locality, financial distress, leverage, tax fraud detection, governance of state-owned enterprises, and regional disparities in entrepreneurship education.
